WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not happy with your product, pleae email us at corpmarketing@gaig.com for an exchange or a refund. We want to make sure you're 100% satisified with your purchase.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping charges are based on the weight and method of shipping. This is calculated during processing at the fulfillment center. If you wish you know the shipping charges prior to your order shipping, please contact us at corpmarketing@gaig.com.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Orders that are being paid for by the company are charged back to the cost center the month after the order is placed.

Orders that are being paid for by an employee for a personal purchase need to be paid by a check or money order made out to GAIG. No other methods are allowed. Please send payment to:
